New Business Prospector (fresh Graduates) 

Recruitment Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree ; excellent communications skills are must.

- Experience required -1 experience in tele-sales, or any front end sales

- Excellent communication skills and persuasive sales ability.

Experience in tele sales

- Have the ability to cold call and identify high end opportunities and key decision makers
- Book appointments for BDMs to have face-to-face meetings with new prospects
- Engage in a friendly and authoritative communication style
- Be organized and disciplined to follow up
- Have a warm and friendly attitude with a sense of humour!.

Recruitment Role:

Will be responsible for contacting prospects over the phone and acquiring confirmed meetings for the Account Managers
o Identify DND using the registry & establish contact with given prospect list through phone
o Describe products and services using the given script.

o Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers for a meeting or demonstration of the product.
o Respond to questions, adapt the script with prior approvals.
o Obtain detailed customer information
o Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
o Follow up on initial contacts.

oExecution of long-term lead nurturing programmes.
oReporting and analysis of the prospect base for gap analysis and opportunity identification.
o Maintain records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts.
